Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand, but we always do our best to ensure prompt service.
Shipping Destinations, Rates & Delivery Estimates
Goods are shipped to the following countries: All EU (European Union) countries (at the moment we cannot ship to Greece and Romania).
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments within EU generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 5-10 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale.
Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
International Shipping
All shipments outside of EU are handled case by case basis by sending us an e-mail to nada@nada.ee .
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at nada@nada.ee .
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and help in resolving the issue. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you recover your item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at nada@nada.ee . Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may return the item following our standard return policy.
